We have been active in the public syndication since 1988 – in that time we have been involved with the selection,
syndication and management of many successful horses. In recent years we have raced stakewinners such as SWORD
(12 wins inc.Gr1 Goodwood and Gr2 Chirnside Stakes - dead heating with Sequalo and beating Gold Ace, Cut Up Rough and Spartacus), BUZZOFF
(10 wins inc. 3 Listed race wins, 3rd in the Hotham Hcp and Caulfield Cup favourite when emergency) MAKE A SCENE (8 wins inc. Ballarat Cup), REGULATIONS
(11 wins inc. STC Starlight Stakes) The numbers and durability of our horses is proven time and again; in recent seasons we have averaged over 40 individual winners per
year. We are a little unsure of exact figures as we do not study ALL the race results and many of our horses race on very successfully in other ownership long after we have deemed them
uneconomic in our operation. However many have a useful racing life in states other than Victoria or New South Wales and it is always gratifying to know that purchases like GAMERA (9 wins)
VIDEOGRAPHY (7 wins), KINSHASA (9 WINS), STRIKE TIME (7), LOOK OUT BELOW (7 wins), NEVER PERFECT (5 wins), Miami Zephyr (4 wins), Zoff's Delight (4 wins), bring pleasure to other people as well
as to their original syndicates. City winners in 2004 inc. Racer's Delight, Planet Crusader, Al Khafra and Pentirely.
IF YOU TRULY WANT VALUE FOR MONEY – then look at our list of stakes performers, their cost and return. (See table below) Our success has been achieved buying inexpensive, athletic horses, placing them with highly successful trainers and producing spectacular results. Just
2% of our horses fail to make it to the track, of course some are too slow to be competitive, too loopy or just plain non-cooperative but over 70% EARN prizemoney.
Success - based on finding sound horses by good percentage sires – many from the secondary yearlings sales. Apart from soundness, athleticism and balance we also look for VALUE FOR MONEY. Shelley attends most yearling sales and will do the spade work for you too, on a commission basis. Horses purchased for outside clients include the
promising 2Yo Routine Blue, handy sprinters Timed and Sectional Time, smart city winners like High Typhoon and Hold My Hand.
Many of these are covered in our list of STAKES PERFORMERS their cost and return and some rate a mention in the introductory letters for new syndications. We are proud of our record of providing city winning horses like IT'S OUR TIME, AL KHAFRA, PENTIRELY, WELL LOVED, GIBRAHN, BLUE CLANCY,
APPETISING, AND "blasts from the past" like AVERSION, APPEAR TO REMEMBER, INDIAN IDYLL, PAXINET, PRODIGIOUS, KEEN AS, BUSY TIME, HEYTHROP, BOOKER MARY and more. Some of the multiple city winners include stakes horses COURTLY QUALMS (9 wins), JACIDITY (5), Busy Time (3), Aversion (6), Falkor, Indian Idyll,

Hancox Bloodstock combined with David Moodie's Contract Racing &
Breeding P/L., to set up, market and manage Contract's highly successful 1993 package of ten horses. That syndicate, of which we owned a one twentieth share, included top class galloper
HURRICANE SKY (1994 Blue Diamond Stakes, AJC All Aged Stakes and $893,170). Now a successful sire. plus stakes winners EGYPTIAN IBIS and PRIOR ENGAGEMENT Shares were
sold at $19,500 for a 1/20th interest, with monthly costs of $646. We were again involved in the same way with the 1994 Contract
Syndicates Nos 1 & 2 - owning a 1/40th interest in the top flight 2yo EXCLUSIVE HALO as well as EXTRACTS, FABULOUS FRISCO, French Halo,
King's Manner, Raging Force, Make Mine Paris, Apache Gold, Pampalama et al. We also selected Newmarket Handicap & Oakleigh Plate multiple Group One winner and now successful sire
MOOKTA - $763,800 in prizemoney
